Falls Church High School
Falls Church is for Re-development Lovers
by Marina Brito, Realtor®, Home by School Specialist
The Falls Church HS boundary is located just south of the intersection of I-495 (the Capital Beltway) and Rt. 66. Along the boundary, running East to West is Route 50, another important thoroughfare in Northern Virginia.
Just west of the Beltway, you can find Merrifield – an area which has been in re-development for a few years and is now becoming a thriving mixed-use location called the “Mosaic District”. This new town center will unite commercial, office, and residential spaces. All this within steps of the Dunn Loring Metro station (on the Orange line), and with the world-class INOVA Fairfax Hospital nearby.

Finding a home by school can be a challenge
If you have tried to find a home by school before, you have probably found that it’s a challenge to cross-reference homes for sale on a typical home search website with their assigned school.
Simply finding homes “near” the school won’t do
The issue with typical home search websites is that they only display homes by city or zip code. Some of them display homes “near” the school. Well, that won’t do you any good since school boundaries span cities, zip codes, and just being “near” the school doesn’t mean that the home belongs to that boundary.
You want a home INSIDE the Falls Church high school boundary. Not just “near” it…
