The Hayfield SS boundary is a long, narrow boundary covering a large area of Alexandria, VA. From the north end of the boundary you can easily reach the Huntington Metro Station. Through the southern part of the boundary, you can find Fort Belvoir. Toward the southern end of the boundary, the area known as Lorton, with its newer planned development is close to the Virginia Railway Express’s (VRE) Lorton Station.
