The Lake Braddock SS boundary is long and narrow, starting at the Capital Beltway on the Northeast side, and stretching southwest all the way to the Prince William County boundary at the Occoquan river.

This boundary was named after one of the lakes contained within it: Lake Braddock, a small reservoir surrounded by homes in the census designated place (CDP) known as Burke, VA. But Lake Braddock is not the only lake around. In total, there are five lakes in or very close to the boundary: Lake Accotink, Lake Royal, Huntsman Lake, and the 883-acre Burke Lake Park.

The South-end of the boundary has large lots and is very suburban (i.e. with limited public transit)
Public transportation options are somewhat limited for non-commuters
There are very few condos available in this boundary
